What exactly do I download?

Seven zip files: one for the programme (START HERE, Stitching Guide, programme deck, timing chart, Day-30 pack and tracker, Rebrand Tool) and one per module. Inside are 96 editable Word, PowerPoint and Excel files, plus a PDF preview of every document. About 720 MB in all.

Can I put my own name and logo on it?

Yes. The Rebrand Tool puts your programme name, organisation, colours and fonts into every Word, Excel and PowerPoint file, including speaker notes, in about 15 minutes, offline. You place your logo by hand in a marked slot.

How do I bring in my organisation's or client's context?

Hold one 60-minute call with your sponsor using the Context Capture Worksheet. It captures their goals, competency framework, the numbers leadership watches and the words people use there. 36 marked swap slots show exactly where each goes. Every swap is optional; the modules work as written.

What is the free bonus?

I've never run leadership training. Can I do this?

The guides are written for a first-time facilitator. Every step says what to say, ask, do and show, with minutes, what usually goes wrong and what to say then. START HERE sets out your first week, including how to rehearse.

Does it work online?

Yes. Pattern C runs it as six weekly two-hour online sessions, and every activity in the guides has a "running it virtually" box.

My participants aren't in a corporate office.

There are alternate editions set in a hospital (Modules 1, 2, 5 and 6), a hotel (Module 3) and a bank (Module 4). Or swap in your client's own anonymised case; each guide says which parts of the story must stay so the module still works.

How do I show it worked?

Participants complete a baseline sheet before Module 1, and managers rate a 4-level rubric. At day 30, one check-in conversation feeds the Day-30 Programme Tracker, which compares the same people before and after. Managers update the rubric at day 60 and 90.

Is it AI-generated?

It was built with AI tools inside a human-designed system: a fixed learning architecture, one storyline, timing checks, and a review of every module against a 42-point delivery-readiness checklist. Every source cited is a real, published author. Module 1 is free, so you can judge the result yourself.

Do I need special software?

Word, PowerPoint and Excel, or free equivalents. The Rebrand Tool runs offline in any modern browser.

Can I get a refund?

The kit is a digital download, and the full Module 1 is free to try before you buy, so purchases are not refundable once the download links are delivered. We will refund in full if: you were charged twice for the same order; your download links did not arrive and we cannot fix it within 3 working days; or the files will not open and we cannot fix it. How do I pay? Do I get a GST invoice?
