Terms and licence
These terms apply when you download or buy The Leadership Programme Kit ("the kit") from theworkshopcontent.com. The seller is Allied Circle, operating as The Workshop Content, 177, 4th Crescent Road, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Telangana 500094, India (GSTIN 36BOFPS4034C2Z4). By paying for the kit or downloading the free Module 1, you agree to these terms.
The licence in one line
Use and deliver it as often as you like, inside your organisation or for your clients. Rebrand it as your own. Do not resell or share the files.
What you may do
- Run the programme, or any module, as many times as you like, in person or online.
- Deliver it inside your own organisation, or to clients who pay you to run it.
- Edit, shorten, translate and adapt the materials, and add your own content.
- Put your own name, your organisation's name or your client's name and logo on it, including with the Rebrand Tool.
- Print and hand out participant materials (journals, card sets, pre-reads, pocket cards) to the people in your sessions.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, give away or publish the files, or any edited version of them, as a product or template.
- Share the editable files or the download links with people outside your organisation. Participants get printed or PDF handouts for their own use, not the source files.
- Upload the files to a marketplace, a shared drive open to the public, or a course platform for sale.
If you work for an organisation, the licence belongs to the person who bought it and the organisation they bought it for. A freelance facilitator's licence covers delivery to any number of their own clients.
The bonus cards
The Team Rituals Deck comes with the kit under the same licence, with one addition: you may print or share the cards with the managers, team leads and team champions you work with, inside your organisation or your clients' organisations, so they can run the exercises with their teams. You may not sell the cards or publish them.
If you buy The Team Rituals Deck on its own, you may use and print the cards with your own team and any teams you manage or support inside your organisation. You may not sell the cards, publish them, or share the files outside your organisation.
Who owns what
Allied Circle keeps the copyright in the kit. Buying it gives you a licence to use it as described above; it does not transfer copyright. Your own additions and edits remain yours. Videos and articles referenced in the kit belong to their publishers and are linked, not copied.
The free Module 1
The free Module 1 comes under the same licence. You may run it with your groups and clients. You may not resell or redistribute the files.
Price, payment and invoices
The price is ₹1,499, one-time, inclusive of GST. Payment is processed by Razorpay. A GST tax invoice is emailed with every order. See Pricing.
Delivery and refunds
The kit is delivered as downloads, as set out in our Delivery policy. Refunds follow our Refund and cancellation policy.
No guarantee of results
The kit is a set of training materials. We take care to make them accurate and ready to run, but how a programme lands depends on the facilitator, the group and the organisation. We make no promise of any particular result, business outcome or income from using it.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Changes and updates
We may correct or improve the kit. These terms apply to the version you bought. We may update these terms for future purchases; the date below shows the current version.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to support@theworkshopcontent.com; we will reply within 2 working days and try to settle it directly.
