Refund and cancellation policy

The kit is a digital download, and the full Module 1 is free to try before you buy, so purchases are not refundable once the download links are delivered. The same applies to The Team Rituals Deck bought on its own; 5 sample cards come free with Module 1.

When we refund in full

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• Your download links did not arrive and we cannot fix it within 3 working days.
• The files will not open and we cannot fix it.

How to ask

Email support@theworkshopcontent.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If we refund an order, we issue a GST credit note against its invoice.

Cancellation

There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.
