Delivery policy

Nothing is shipped. The Leadership Programme Kit is a digital download.

How you receive it

• After payment you go straight to a download page with seven links, and the same links are emailed to you with your GST invoice.
• Links work for 14 days and can be re-sent any time from the email or by writing to support.
• The free bonus, The Team Rituals Deck, comes as an eighth link on the same page and in the same email.
• If you buy The Team Rituals Deck on its own, you get one link to a single zip of about 14 MB.
• Each link is a single zip file. The module zips are between about 100 and 130 MB, so use a stable connection.

If the links don't arrive

If links don't arrive within 1 hour, check spam, then email support@theworkshopcontent.com.

Free Module 1

When you request the free Module 1, you get the download link on screen straight away, and by email. That link works for 7 days and can be requested again.
