The Workshop Content is a trading name of Allied Circle.
Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect on theworkshopcontent.com, why, and your choices. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The data fiduciary is Allied Circle, operating as The Workshop Content, 177, 4th Crescent Road, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Telangana 500094, India.
What we collect
- When you ask for the free Module 1: your first name, email address and role.
- When you buy: your name, email, state, and, if you add them, your company name and GSTIN. From Razorpay we receive a payment confirmation (payment ID, amount, status). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay handles those.
- How you reached us: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM values and the Facebook click ID).
- How the page is used: pages viewed, and whether you asked for Module 1 or bought, through the Meta pixel and Google Analytics.
Why we use it
- To deliver the files you asked for or bought, and re-send links if you need them.
- To issue your GST tax invoice and keep the records GST law requires.
- To send the Module 1 emails: a few emails about running the module and about the full kit. You can unsubscribe any time.
- To measure which adverts bring people who find the kit useful, so we don't spend on ones that don't.
We ask for your consent when you submit the Module 1 form. We use purchase data because we need it to fulfil your order and meet tax law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Razorpay, to take payment.
- Resend, our email service, to send your files, invoice and the Module 1 emails.
- Cloudflare, which stores the download files and serves your links.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores order and request records.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to measure our adverts. For purchases and Module 1 requests we send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email so it can match the event to an ad, never the email itself.
Some of these services process data outside India. They are bound by their own security and privacy terms.
Cookies and the pixel
This site uses the Meta pixel and Google Analytics, which set cookies to recognise a returning browser and count visits and conversions. We don't use them to identify you by name. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and the site will still work, including the free download and checkout. We also remember in your browser whether you have already asked for Module 1, so we don't ask again.
How long we keep it
- Module 1 requests: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after our last email to you, whichever is first.
- Orders and invoices: for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently at least six years).
Your rights
- Unsubscribe: use the link at the bottom of any email.
- Access, correction or deletion: email support@theworkshopcontent.com. We will reply within 2 working days and act within 30 days. We keep invoice records the law requires us to keep, even after a deletion request.
- Withdraw consent at any time, the same way. It doesn't affect anything done before.
- Grievances: write to support@theworkshopcontent.com with "Privacy" in the subject. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site runs only over HTTPS. Payment details go directly to Razorpay. Download links are signed and expire. Order records are stored on access-controlled servers.
Children
The kit is for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
